Melissa helped me set up my WordPress website and WooCommerce shopping cart very quickly and professionally. She gave great advice on how to optimize my store descriptions, website content, and images and made sure my store looks great on my phone! In addition to setting everything up, including the credit card processing, she created Photoshop templates for me to use when I add new products to my store and taught me how to use them resize my images and add new products. Melissa recently updated our website to improve functionality while preserving the flavor our members were used to. It works great on everything from desktops to phones now. Along the way, she had to customize elements of the theme for us, convert how a ton of images were stored and organized on the site, and wrestle with some inadequate documentation on plug ins. She was persistent in working through these issues to give us the look and results we needed.
